Shipping information

Delivery times are conditioned by the destination areas of the products.
ITALY (DDP): Delivery is expected approximately within three (3) days from shipment for the GLS carrier, and within two (2) days for the DHL carrier.
EU European Countries (DDP): Delivery is approximately expected within three working days from shipment. In non-EU European countries (DDU): Delivery is approximately expected within three working days from shipment. Rest of the World: Delivery is approximately expected within 3-5 days from shipment with Express Service. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the next working day, and delivery times vary depending on the carrier handling the shipment.
Rubino Kids reserves the right to cancel the order without further charges to the customer and refund the customer in the event of problems relating to the availability, price, or condition of the item before shipping.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are to be considered extra compared to the cost of the products purchased and shipping will always have a variable cost, to be paid by the Customer, in accordance with the weight and volume of the shipment. Shipping to Italy is free for orders of €99.00 or more. Subject to any additional and different "limited-term promotions" that Rubino Kids may advertise on this site and to customers subscribed to the official newsletter. Shipping costs are always indicated during the order process in the online shopping cart on this website.

Delivery conditions

Once the goods have been delivered, it is the Customer's responsibility to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery document. If the package appears tampered with or damaged, the Customer can sign the delivery document with reservations or refuse delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the local office of the courier who delivered the goods and to Rubinokids, by sending an email to our customer service.
Alternatively, the Customer can contact Rubinokids support via the "Live Chat" integrated into the website to receive assistance as quickly as possible.

If the Customer refuses delivery of the goods, any shipping costs required to return the package to Rubinokids will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer.
