Rubinokids ships to Italy and worldwide exclusively via the express courier service offered by DHL and GLS.
All shipped goods are carefully packaged in our offices and shipments always depart from Italy.

Orders duly filled out and paid for will be processed within two
working days: all shipments leave from Rubinokids, (Italy),
only on weekdays, from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to
5.30 pm

The return is at the customer's expense.

To send one or more returns to RubinoKids, the Customer is required to comply with specific conditions:

A) All items on sale on the RubinoKids website are delivered to
Customer with an authenticity tag attached to the item with a
disposable safety seal with the RubinoKids logo. The item goes
possibly tested without removing the tag and without tampering
the guarantee seal. Returns will only be accepted with the guarantee seal.

placed on the sole.
Returns with the security seal cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered with will not be accepted under any circumstances.
B) Items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way.
C) The items must necessarily be returned in the same conditions as in the
which have been shipped to the Customer and must be packaged and
packaged appropriately.
D) All other labels on the garment,
both in fabric and pendants, must necessarily be intact and in
no cases removed from the article.
E) The goods to be returned must
be delivered physically and exclusively to the Express Courier within and no later than 30 days from the delivery date.
